Puzzle #19: **The answer from the previous day is essential here.**
Ok, so we've turned off the water, but the greenhouses are still flooded. How can we drain that water? We need to pump it in to recovery tanks!

Hint #1: I'm pretty sure the message from the other day told me how flooded each greenhouse was. If memory serves it was:
Greenhouse 3 - 10k
Greenhouse 4 - 15k
Greenhouse 7 - 20k
Greenhouse 9 - 5k
Greenhouse 3 - 10k
Greenhouse 4 - 15k
Greenhouse 7 - 20k
Greenhouse 9 - 5k

Hint #2: The numbers down the side seem to match up to the number of Greenhouses there are. I'd better concentrate on 3,4,7 and 9.

Hint #3: If I imagine water coming from each greenhouse, it'll flow down each pipe and go in the direction of the arrow. Which arrows do I need to flip? Where should the water go?

Hint #4: I can't flood the Tanks, and each tank has a capacity. I'd better make sure I carefully match up each flooded Greenhouse with the most suitable tank.

Hint #5: For example, for Tank 3 I can switch C and F and water will flow in to Tank 4. Tank 4 has 15k capacity so that'll be fine. Can I do this for all the flooded Greenhouses?
