Hint #3: Ah, it's like Sodoku. Each Greenhouse (column) can only have three types of fruit. I also know the total amount of fruit that each row needs to add up to. In most cases I can also see how much fruit is in each greenhouse by the total at the bottom.

Hint #4: Start with those you have certainty on, such as Greenhouse #1, you know the Zucchinis is missing a number, you know the total number of fruit in this greenhouse is 12, so the missing Zucchinis number must be 5. If we check the total for the Row now, for Zuchchinis, we can see it adds up to 28.
