Hint #1 - So I know I've already taken Pulmecil. The note at the top of this page suggests the other two medicines end in the same letter. So I need to find the other medicines that end in "l"

Hint #2 - I now know I need to find Pulmecil, Renovital, Arthrosil. This is going to be tricky. So the previous puzzle says I need to take three pills from the "i" bottle. One of those medicines was from the i bottle. Maybe I should look at the different patterns and see if I can find what pattern is what ingredient to each medicine.

Hint #3 - Another confession. I didn't solve this one. I don't know if I'm right and it's a typo, or I'm wrong and there's some different logic to use. Here's my logic:

I count each type out:

Sideways dashes = in 2 jars
Down dashes = in 5 jars
Chequered = in 3 jars
Diagonal lines = in 3 jars
Grid = in 3 jars
Dots = in 4 jars

That means Dots = Alcogen
Downward dashes = Derma
Sidewards dashes = Renovita

Armed with that alone, pulmecil is in G and Renovital is in C. We can figure out from there Arthrosil is in I. However G + C is NOT the correct answer.

Solution: The solution is E+G. If you can get to that answer with different logic, please let me know!
