Puzzle #14: I'm in the library and I have a slip of paper. I need to figure out which book it belongs to so I can find the rest of it. I need to enter the book reference number as my answer.

Hint #1: The first paragraph says "In 1788". Any book published before then we can eliminate from our search.

Hint #2: We're also looking for books concerning the period 1788. THis rules out more based on their description (for example, Middle Ages would be 500ad to 1500, so that can go. Rome was founded way before 1788 too, so the Founding of Rome can go)

Hint #3: The book appears to be in English based on the sample. We can remove any books with a non-English title.
